CANTERAS STORE POLICY     (Last updated 4/29/2004)

Ordering Policy:
-All orders are placed via our on-line store at www.canterasny.com. All orders are routed
securely via
SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol to our merchant service provider. We use
the best service providers in the industry to bring you the most secure, smoothest, possible
transactions.
-We accept payments
only from Master Card, Visa and  Discover Card.
-All Canteras are 100% handcrafted by us to meet your selected options. Therefore,
once
you submit your order to us, we cannot change your options
. We ask you to please, take
your time while ordering and be 100% sure
before submitting your order. Keep in mind all
parts are customized to your specifications. We do not buy pre-made / pre-assembled parts
from  any outside vendors.
-All images are representative of the final product.
Please understand no 2 Canteras are
identical
. Just as Nature doesn't make any 2 flowers pods or stems identical, we can't
possible make them all identical. However, your Cantera will have the same look (particular
to your choices), flower species, number of floral elements, arrangement layout, size and
color as the item in the picture (or your customized selections).

Shipping and Order Fulfillment Policy:
-All orders are shipped via UPS.
-Products containing the
"SHIPS FREE" label with UPS logo ship free with UPS Ground
within the continental USA.
-All other shipping options are offered at the customer’s expense.
-
If you are ordering outside the Continental USA or Internationally, please contact us at  
customerservice@canterasny.com before you place your order for a shipping quote. We
will quote you the shipping price, and if authorized by you, we will add the shipping cost to
your sub-total after you submit your request.
-Most items ship within 2-3 business days from the time we receive your order.
Special
order items ship within 7-9 business days
. See banner on top of item page to identify if the
item you want to purchase is a Special Order product.
Note that even if you choose a
faster shipping method than UPS Grounds, the 2-3 business days or 7-9 business days
(in case of Special Orders) policy will still apply to your order
. Example. Say you ordered
an item which ships in 2-3 business days, and you selected UPS Next Day Air. Your item
will ship UPS Next Day Air within 2-3 business days from the day you placed your order.
-We will always do our best to ship regular orders within 24 hours, but we cannot guarantee
them all in this time frame.
-If by an unforeseen and rare reason, we cannot fulfill your order within the specified and
applicable time frame described above, we will notify you via email or telephone of such.
At
this point you will be given the choice to either wait fulfillment and keep your order, or
cancel your request all together
. This is the only time we will allow a cancellation and a
full refund of an order.
Note this does not apply to any  custom work.
-If you require custom work, we are willing to work with you in your project. Once a price and
design has been approved by you, we will require payment in full before any work in your
custom Cantera can begin.
There will be absolutely no refund or exchange in any custom
order.
Defined as custom work is any product that has been built for you with options not
offered as an option in the products "order page" ."Order page" is any page in our store
which contains the "Order Now" button.

Sales and Returns/Exchange Policy:
-Because all orders are custom-made to your individual order specifications, our store
has a no-refund, no-exchange policy. All sales are final
. Again, we ask you to please take
your time when ordering your items.
-We take great care and time in packaging our Canteras in a way that ensures their  arrival
to you in perfect condition. Yet we understand accidents do happen.
If your item arrives
damaged, you must contact us immediately and no latter than 3 business days from the
day you received it. You must contact us at:
customerservice@canterasny.com. Please
keep item in original packaging. Box will be picked up and inspected by UPS. Once we
receive the item, we will send out a replacement item matching your original order via UPS
Next Day Air to the shipping address in your original order at no extra charge to you.
Please
note this situation does not qualify for cancellation of your order.

Privacy Policy:
-At Canteras we value your business and take your privacy very seriously. We will not
disclose any of your personal information gathered during the order process to any 3rd
party, other than our merchant service provider, and SSL gateway provider, which is
necessary to fulfill your order
.
-We will
never resell any of your information to any party.
-Our store uses cookies to make navigation easier to our returning customers. Cookies do
not contain any of your personal information. You can always browse our store entirely
without us asking for any kind of information from you.
-
Canteras may directly contact you via email to notify you of details regarding your order,
or regarding our latest promotions and new products.

Your Agreement to our Store Policy:
Subject to all the above provisions, by using our website www.canterasny.com, you consent
and agree to all the terms and conditions set forth in our Store Policy.
We may change our Store Policy from time to time without previous notification, and we will
post those changes so you can review them. It is your responsibility to review our Store
Policy and to check for new updates.
